Inside Computers will
contact you as soon as possible after receiving your fault call.
You will be contacted via the e-mail address or telephone number
that you have supplied when logging the service call. You will be
issued a call reference number. This service will be monitored between
the Inside Computers office hours of 9.00 am to 5.30pm, Monday to
Friday. If you need to log any calls outside of these hours and
require an urgent response, please use your normal call logging
procedures. If you log calls using this system after 5.30pm you
will not be contacted until after 9.00 am the next working day. |
